These terms form the agreement between you and Phasic when you use Phasic. Please read the medical disclaimer in particular.
By creating an account or using Phasic you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The service is designed for healthy adults training for endurance events.
Phasic is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Plans, carbohydrate targets and fuelling recommendations are informational and are generated automatically from the information you provide. They are a starting point for discussion with a qualified professional, not a prescription.
Speak to a doctor or a registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, and especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes, kidney or liver disease, a cardiovascular condition, coeliac disease, IBS or another gastrointestinal condition, or take medication affected by diet.
Phasic is not suitable for anyone with a current or past eating disorder, or for anyone with a difficult relationship with food, body weight or calorie tracking. The service asks for body weight and presents daily intake targets, which can be harmful in that context. If this applies to you, please stop using the service and speak to your doctor or a qualified support service.
Stop using any plan and seek medical attention if you feel unwell. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Phasic is currently free. We do not take payment and will not ask for card details.
Free accounts include a limited preview of Pro features: one full weekly plan and 3 meal swaps or re-plans. The preview is offered as is, may change, and does not entitle you to any paid feature.
If we introduce paid plans, we will update these terms first and tell you by email. You will only ever be charged if you choose to subscribe.
You may use Phasic for your own training. You may not:
Using your own plans in your own training, including with your coach or dietitian, is fine and expected.
You keep ownership of the information you enter. You grant us the licence needed to process it in order to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The plans generated for you are yours to use for your own training; the service, its software and its underlying content remain ours.
We aim to keep Phasic available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we materially reduce a paid feature we will tell you by email and you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, after notice where it is reasonable to give it. On termination your data is handled as set out in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or that any plan will produce a particular result in training or competition.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost performance, lost race results or lost data. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Portuguese or EU consumer law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes fall to the courts of Portugal, except that as a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
