About

Built for athletes who refuse to guess

Phasic exists because the gap between sports nutrition research and what athletes actually eat is enormous, and it doesn't have to be.

Our mission

Phasic was built from a simple observation: elite athletes spend hundreds of hours optimising their training, but nutrition planning stays a guessing game. Generic apps give the same carb targets whether you ran 5km or 30km. We think that's wrong. A plan that changes when your Tuesday interval session goes sideways isn't a nice-to-have. For an athlete training 10+ hours a week, it's the whole point. We make precision nutrition accessible to every serious endurance athlete, not just those with a team dietitian.

Our approach

Every recommendation is grounded in peer-reviewed sports nutrition research, not generic dietary advice. We combine your training data, body composition, performance goals, and dietary preferences to produce a plan that changes week by week as your training does.

What we do

Using sports science, we create personalised weekly nutrition plans that adapt to your training load, goals, and dietary needs. Every plan covers:

  • Day-by-day carbohydrate, protein, and fat targets matched to your training intensity
  • Meal timing around your sessions: pre, during and post
  • Race-week carb-loading protocols scaled to your body weight
  • Race-day fuelling timeline with exact timing and portions
  • GI-risk management: steering away from foods that have caused you problems
  • Dynamic re-planning when sessions are skipped or intensity changes
  • Recovery nutrition for the 24–48h after long efforts

Food data sources

Meal macros are calculated from national food composition tables:
